Attorney Benjamin F. Weston was born and raised in the Sacramento area, specifically El Dorado County, California. As an associate attorney at Forethought Law, PC, he focuses his practice on all aspects of estate planning and probate, handling a wide range of complex legal matters. Attorney Weston believes that estate planning and trust administration is all about the details. He enjoys fully immersing himself in the nuances of a case, both factually and legally. He views the client-attorney relationship as a partnership in which each individual is working together to achieve a common goal.
Attorney Weston attended BYU Provo where he obtained his B.A. in Russian Language and Literature. After spending several years as a cryptologist linguist with the U.S. Army, he went on to attend John F. Kennedy University Law School. He graduated with his J.D. in 2016, receiving Top Graduate honors as well as six Witkin Awards for highest grade in a course. Attorney Weston recently earned his LL.M. (legal masters) in Estate Planning and Probate from Golden Gate University Law School.
Before joining Forethought Law, PC, Attorney Weston worked as a law clerk at several local firms in Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill, California. After an internship at an estate planning firm in San Francisco, Attorney Weston joined the team of El Dorado trust and estate litigation lawyers at Forethought Law, PC. With every case he takes on, Attorney Weston is committed to leaving no stone unturned and no question unanswered. He is both meticulous and conscientious, working alongside his clients to understand their specific goals and striving to achieve those goals.
In his free time, Attorney Weston enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.
